We are committed to ensuring our employees go home at night in the same condition they started the day, and this obsession with safety will transfer to your organization when we work on your site.

Veolia participates in various state and federal programs that institutionalize safety standards and processes within organizations. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s Voluntary Protection Program, Responsible Recycling, and International Organization for Standardization are all certifications of safety excellence. Thirteen Veolia facilities have achieved certification or self-certification and six more locations are in the certification process.

We never take shortcuts when it comes to the safety of our employees or when following safe work practices at our customers' facilities. That's why every Veolia employee has the power to stop work for safety, regardless of the circumstances or their level in the organization.

It's also why Veolia will always invest a significant amount of time and financial resources on safety training. To us, safety is not a department, it's a culture, and working safe is a personal responsibility for every Veolia Environmental Services employee. We are obligated to give them all the support and training they need to protect their own safety, the safety of their colleagues, and the safety of our customers.
